Gets free Chick-fil-A together.
Friday, I decided that we were going to do the dress like a cow thing and head to Chick-Fil-A. After all, Isabelle thinks daddy is bringing her chicken home for dinner almost every day.
After I got dressed, Isabelle was ready to "be a cow." She said "mommy, I'm a little cow...

"...and Natalie's a little cow..."

"and mommy's a big cow!!" Ouch.

(The crown had my ears on it...they kept falling backwards).
Isabelle was actually terrified of the cow that was there. There is a trend: Santa Claus, The Easter Bunny, and the Chick-Fil-A cow are all terrifying. We kept having to wave him off.
Can you see the terror?

Natalie could have cared less about the cow. She wanted the chicken. Like yesterday.

Hmmmm...which one should I lick first?

And, our little 9 month old certainly didn't have any ice cream...

...and she didn't bang on the table with both hands and scream when I took it away. And, of course, she wasn't drinking that juice in the juice box either (to which Mr. Serious said "did you let Izzy drink juice at 9 months?").

Of course, after dinner (because who would do it before dinner), Isabelle went in the bounce house and caught some serious air. Might have been because she didn't eat because she was terrified of the cow.

And, yes, there was a family cow picture, but alas, my eyes are once again closed. I'm going to start putting toothpicks in my eyes for picture time!
We really had a great time and it wasn't too crowded. And, of course, we aren't too proud to dress as cows for some free chicken.

Looks like you had a GREAT time! Wonderful pics. Love the ones with the ice cream!
That was MOO-VALOUS!!! hee hee hee! I couldn't resist!
You are so cow-afty! I know that was horrible but it was the first idea that popped in and I'm simply not willing to dig deeper.
Also, this trend of you holding out on me with pictures has got to stop.
CUTE!
We love us some Chic-fil-A! Our church had a "Lawn Chair Night" a couple of weeks ago. Everyone brought lawn chairs to sit around and chat while munching on the catered meal: Chic-fil-A!! The cow was entertaining the kids so much, they nearly forgot to get their s'mores.

You are hilarious!!! I wish I lived closer to you, so we could do crazy stuff like this together!
Our nearest Chick-Fil-A is 50 miles away… and don't think I haven't considered driving just for one of their breakfast sandwiches.

Totally love your cow crown…Queen Cow. Izzy is too funny…I wonder how long that cow will scare her! Charlie gulps that ice cream down too (wait, is there anything that Charlie doesn't gulp down!?)
