Not my best idea

I had this great idea when our old vacuum stopped sucking. I was going to get a new vacuum cleaner and I was going to research it.

And, I did. And, I got the best rated vacuum by consumer reports.

This new vacuum sucks (in a good way). But, it is also “smart.” It has some lights that tell me if my floor is dirty (and to what degree) or if it happens to be clean.

So, instead of quickly running the vacuum over the floor before friends come over (because I would never do that, my floor is always spotless), I vacuum the same spot approximately 2,523 times because the little light tells me the floor is still dirty.

I say ignorance is bliss. I liked my floor vacuumed and “clean” the old way.
