Taking "art" to a whole new level

June 15, 2010 in wordful wednesday

I recently saw the idea to use shave cream for art for the girls.  The idea brought back fond memories of my sister and me playing with shave cream when we were in daycare.

I should have known, however, that because I had these memories, I was probably a little bit older than 20 months.

The shave cream art? Became body art in about 10 seconds flat.

Once again, I would pick this over Vaseline, poop or toothpaste any day, at least it rinses off!

Totally going to do this with Tucker this summer! Have you seen the pudding painting on John & Kate plus 8? Totally for outdoors but looks like so much fun as well!

Ack! You are one brave momma attempting that art project! Although you’re right, there are much worse things that she could have been covered in.

You are one of those fun moms who let her kids get dirty for fun. I am the other kind. Maybe I should try to managed dirty thing for a bit since we too have had a horrible Vaseline experience. Maybe managed dirty getting helps to avoid the couch ruining dirty getting? If so, count me in!
