When I was younger, we always did the back to school shopping thing before school started. Of course, that meant shopping in late August. Now, my kids are heading back earlier and earlier and it’s still hot. And their summer clothes still fit.
So, it’s time to start thinking about back to school clothes with the fall weather coming (because my girls are cute and all, but ill-fitting clothes are no good). One of the first places I like to check for back to school clothes, with the help of a gift card we received (and honestly, where we did some Christmas shopping too) is The Children’s Place.
Their non-sale prices are super reasonable and affordable, but their sale prices are just amazing! $7 jeans? Yes please! And, they have slender fitting jeans which is great for my tall and slender girls. Plus, they coordinate their looks for a season helping me put together many cute outfits for a great price.
I’ve often left the store with two giant bags of clothing for under $100! (Not to mention their very inexpensive swimsuits and rash guards!)
I thought these would be super cute for my 5 year old.
And, the 7 year old would totally rock these prints and denim vest.
I don’t get to shop for boys, but they’ve got some great looking stuff, too. I imagine many kids will be rocking the turtle hoodie when it starts to get a little cooler.
And, I love the layered look, too!
