We’re very lucky that bath time is almost always a fun and pleasant time in our house. Even first baths were quite peaceful and scream free. We have a pretty relaxed approach to it.
One thing that I’ve really been conscious of lately is making sure to get good baby/kid washing products without scary ingredients. It’s a process, but once you find something you like, you stick with it.
We have previously tested out the entire Live Clean (baby) line, only available at Walgreens. It has just the slightest hint of smell that makes my girls smell yummy…and when Mr. Serious is the one to wash/lotion them? Totally makes him smell yummy, too!
The were recently sent the new Live Clean (Baby) TearlessFoaming Wash to test out. Just like the other Live Clean (Baby) line, it smells just as yummy. But, now, it comes with a bath time friendly pump! Thank goodness. Now, I only need one hand to lather the wash and get it on the kiddo. So many times with other washes, I end up washing half of it off in the water to get them out of the water to wash them. This makes the actual cleaning process so much faster.
I had a hard time capturing the fluffy foaminess of it with my wet hands, but it’s very foamy and I think I cleaned her entire body with just this one or two pumps of soap.
And, E loves the soft bubbles, too. She has a blast lathering the soap on her belly. I’m certain that’s the cleanest part of her! After washing, she’s so soft, too. No lotion required, but we like to do it just because she enjoys it.
Just like the rest of the Live Clean (Baby) line, the foaming wash is enriched with certified organic botanicals of Chamomile, Lavender and Aloe. Most importantly, it is Petroleum Free, Paraben, Phthalate and Phosphate free. It is formulated with a minimum of 98% plant ingredients, and cruelty-free; none of the products or their ingredients have been tested on animals. In its sensitivity to the environment, Live Clean is free of phosphates, known contributors to water pollution and all Live Clean products are also hypoallergenic.
The bottle is 265 mL and has a suggested retail price of $6.99.
I received samples of the Live Clean (Baby) line to facilitate my review. All thoughts are my own. No other compensation was received.
