Dancing Is The Best Medicine | Mommy and Me Monday | 303rd ed

THIS POST MAY CONTAIN AFFILIATE LINKS. I MAY EARN FROM QUALIFYING PURCHASES.

After the sickness and “plague” that went through the house and recovering, we’ve needed some family time. This weekend, we were still very busy with all of the life things, but we took some time to cure our sickies and funks with some medicine of the dancing kind.

Just Dance 2016 | Mommy and Me Monday

We pulled out the newest Just Dance 2016 (we have bought every one of them every year) and danced out to Uptown Funk. The girls were so excited to see the song list because they knew so many of them. It helped that we already know Uptown Funk so they have an idea of what is coming next! And, B? Well, she insisted on playing by having me hold her. It’s not he first time I’ve had a baby in my arms playing a dance game and it won’t be the last.

By the end of the game, we were all smiling and we had a good time. We complimented our dance moves and scores and found another song that we already knew to play again. Just Dance 2016 features more than 40 top hits and quirky favorites, including songs like “All About That Bass” by Meghan Trainor, “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson ft. Bruno Mars and “Cool for the Summer” by Demi Lovato. There’s a song for everyone in the entire family to get moving and grooving.

It’s a great game to play when the weather turns gross but you still want to be moving and shaking and burning off all of that holiday food!

We always, always, always have dance parties. The kids love to dance. It gets them up and gets me up. It great exercise and it’s fun. Looks like you all were having fun too.
