The Fish Slide | PSF
We’ve made several trips to the Georgia Aquarium in the last couple years. But, we’ve never been on the giant whale slide.
This is the first time that either a) one of the girls was old enough and b) the slide was actually open. And so, we went. One parent had to stay at the bottom to man the stroller (which has since been broken), and the other took the girls up.
Mr. Serious took the girls first. Down number one came and I was ready to snap her picture.
What I wasn’t ready for was Number two. She flew right down the slide all by herself. And let me tell you, that this is a fast and steep slide. Despite the look on her face, she actually loved it. She loves slides.
So, we had to go up again. This time, mommy took the girls, and Mr. Serious snapped the pictures. Number one making the Serious name proud.
Because she loved it so much, I also released Number two on own her own.
This time, Mr. Serious did a fabulous job of capturing that smile (despite that dang paci).

It amazes me how they can smile so big (or cry so loud) and still keep that dang paci in their mouths!
How fun that the girls can play together on the big kids' stuff now.

Holy crud monkeys! That last shot–the look on her face is AWESOME!! She looks thrilled! There's just nothing like a slide at that age!
Nope, she certainly isn't a baby anymore. But what a great smile — I hardly noticed the pacifier at all 🙂
