My mom was the first person to introduce me to the Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake treats.  She used to have them when she was younger and wanted to share with her memories.  I haven’t had one probably since then.

Recently, I had to opportunity to try them again.  Guess what?  They are still as delicious as ever.  Ice cream, strawberry on the inside and a soft cakey, flavored outside.  Even better, you can buy them in the store in individual as well as multi-packs (or of course, the ice cream truck).

You can find out more information about Good Humor by visiting their web site or on facebook.

Right now, Good Humor is hosting a sweepstakes, ending September 6, 2010.  In honor of Good Humor’s 90th anniversary, you can purchase specially marked 4 oz. single-serve Good Humor® Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Éclair, Toasted Almond and Candy Center Crunch bars for a chance to win one of 10,000 prizes.  Even better is the instant winners will be automatically entered in the $10,000 grand prize drawing when they redeem their “instant win” prizes online.

I received a voucher to purchase a box of these products from Good Humor through the Mom Bloggers Club.  All opinions are my own and may differ from others.  No other compensation was received.
