We took our first trip to the pool of the year this weekend. And, being fair skinned and victim to many sunburns when I was younger, the first thing I do is make sure we all get a good coat of sunscreen on us. The girls wear UV protecting swimwear when we can, but there are still parts of them that need to be covered with sunscreen. And, not only do I want us all protected from UVA, but also UVB rays. With a history of skin cancer in the family, this is so important to us.
We were recently introduced to Neutrogena Wet Skin line. It comes in SPF 30, 50, 70+(Kids) and 85+. This is the first sunblock with helioplex that has been designed to be applied directly to wet skin. We are usually very vigilant about sunscreen before going out to the pool or beach, but I know there are times when you forget until you get to your location and your kids jump right in.
Now, you don’t have to worry about making them get out, sit in the shade and dry off before applying sunscreen. The Neutrogena Wet Skin can be applied directly to their wet skin, and they can jump right back into the water. With no worries of the sunscreen drying first, either.
After testing it out on dry skin, we love it. The girls both said how much they like the smell, and I agree with them. It has a subtle sunscreen smell with hint of citrus. We really appreciate the continuous spray feature as well. No pumping, twisting or messing with it required. I don’t even think you have to shake the can first.

Please excuse my white, blinding legs. That’s why I need sunscreen!
