Our kids love their MAMs
One of the first things I knew I wanted my children to have when they were born was a paci…a pacifier. I knew it was eventually something we could take away (I was terrified about them sucking their thumbs because I knew I couldn’t take it away). In fact, we’ve already sent two pacis to the paci fairy and it went very well.
With our oldest, we tried a couple different types, but she decided she liked the MAM pacifiers the best. And, we never looked back!
The very last time our oldest used her MAM pacifier. It definitely got some use out of it!
And, one of the many, many times our middle daughter used her MAM paci.
MAM pacifiers give babies the best start in life because they are designed and developed by pediatric dentists and orthodontists. The patented ultra soft silicone is silicone with a difference! It’s silky soft and no other silicone feels softer. Thanks to the anti-slip surface, the pacifer stays in baby’s mouth easily.
MAM also has products for oral care. I’m not sure if these are newer, or we just never had them, but our littlest is the first to experience the Bite & Brush Teether, Oral Care Rabbit and Mini Cooler and Clip teether
She can almost hold the mini cooler in her hands and chew on it at 2 months. She’s just not quite grabbing, but with mommy helping out, she enjoyed $ucking and chewing on the end of it.
With our first, I never discovered the MAM Anti-Colic Bottles.
The Anti-Colic bottle is just one of the innovative developments from the MAM design studio. Its vented base has small air holes and a silicone seal that allows for maximum air flow in while still preventing milk from leaking out. The vented base ensures controlled milk flow by balancing air pressure inside the bottle. Liquid is also pushed towards the nipple allowing it to retain its shape and preventing it from collapsing. All Anti-Colic bottles use MAM’s patented ultra soft silicone nipple. Transitioning from breast to bottle is simple because MAM ultra soft silicone nipples feel most like mom’s breast.
With our second, we went through tons of bottles before finding these and she loved them.
They look just like the pacifiers which I think also helped the transition.
The valve and pieces at the bottom let air in without letting milk out. So, they help reduce colic and gas. (This is my one beef with these bottles…it’s a couple extra parts. But, totally worth it for a non-gassy baby!)
Something I wish I would have learned before, you can sterilize the bottles without any extra parts! This would have come in so handy!
Fill with 20 ml of water
Put the bottle together
Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes at 500 to 1,000 watts*
*Sterilization time varies with the number of bottles:

We really like the MAM products. They’ve held up through multiple kids. We’ve never tried their sippy cups, but I’m sure that will be next on our purchase list when the time comes.

Annie only took the mam pacifier in the beginnign. Audrey only took Nuk.
Annie struggled taking a bottle. I wish I’d known about their bottles; I bet she would’ve taken one of those.
Isn’t it funny how they have such different preferences.
They didn’t have these (so I think) with Isabelle, but I found them after N refused the same Playtex ones that Isabelle used.
And, now, we are at the struggling point again…I haven’t even tried in a couple weeks because I don’t want to listen to the screaming.
