Pendaflex for organizing your office

Since I made the decision to work at home, I decided that my work space needed a bit of an overhaul.

See….look at this disaster!  The papers randomly thrown in a pile.  Falling off the desk.  The spiral open to my “important” page.”  Two other note pages scattered on the desk.  I needed help.

Pendaflex wanted to help me Spring Free! from my mess….I accepted.

The plastic organization tray with dividers (on the top), was just what I needed to help me keep my paper pile organized.  Before, it was a mess of papers, but now, the papers have their own spots.  What’s nice is that I can write on the tabs, too.  They are all different colors and hard plastic as well, so as to not get confused with the papers.

Also, who doesn’t like a fancy blue stapler.  It is heavy duty and can staple through 30 sheets of paper without special staples.

My next favorite, the little paperclips with large write on tabs.  I have a lot of information in this spiral that has “go to” pages in it.  I could never find the right page right away.   Now, using these paperclips, I can flip right to the pages (saving me time, and money)….and not having to put pens in various pages to hold my place.  Really, it’s the little things that help me most.

Just look at that space now. What a huge improvement thanks to Pendaflex and some organization.

It is much easier for me to work in this space now that there isn’t a leaning tower of papers falling off the desk.  Now, I have space and room to do my work and not feel like I need to stop and clean.  Not only to these products make my work space look nicer, but they save me time…and to be cliche, time is money!
