Summer. Day 1. We survived.

THIS POST MAY CONTAIN AFFILIATE LINKS. I MAY EARN FROM QUALIFYING PURCHASES.

Today was day one of summer. Three girls and mommy, flying solo.

I think I set the standards a little too high. We did circle time, story time, coloring time, morning snack time (banana sushi), playing on phones time, painting time, blowing bubbles outside time, lunch time, nap time, snack time, teacher time, math and letter tracing time and painting nails time.

Pretty much won’t be able to do all of that again.

During all of that #1 decided to make a packing list all by herself. I like that she didn’t include any clothes for me or #2. Guess we won’t be going on her trip?

And, I found some worksheets online for #1 to do some practice math problems and #2 traced her uppercase letters.
first day of summer

I call this day one: success.

Please pray for all subsequent days. I’ve used up all of my ideas already!

I’m linking up here.  Go and visit their Wordful and Wordless Wednesdays.
