the first day of kindergarten (as compared to the first day of pre-K). mommy and daddy both took you. you were ready. you’ve been talking about it for months.
you were reunited with some of your friends that were in the other class last year, and that thrilled you, too.
you’ve been doing so well. you counted past 100 today. i didn’t know you could do that. you wrote a note that says “i love you, mommy and daddy and natalie.” swoon. you wrote all of your alphabet upper and lowercase and you keep writing these things you call macrons and breves (and it just took me 10 minutes to find those words). mommy doesn’t remember learning this, that’s for sure.
iz, mommy and daddy are so proud of you and can’t wait to see what the rest of the year brings.
I’m linking up here. Go and visit their Wordful and Wordless Wednesdays.
