First and Last of 2010

THIS POST MAY CONTAIN AFFILIATE LINKS. I MAY EARN FROM QUALIFYING PURCHASES.

My girls are growing up way too fast!

Last year, I did a first and last photo of 2009.  (I’m too lazy and would get too overwhelmed trying to do a best of post).  Plus, this really puts it into perspective.

My sweet #1.  One year ago.  Craziness.  Shorter hair.  So sweet and cuddly.

My sweet #2.  One year ago.  Still in a crib.  With all of those pacifiers.  And, almost no hair.

#1.  She’s grown up so much.  Her hair has grown, she is reading (some) and writing.  She has discovered her love of chapter books, and we often find her asleep with her lamp on with a book in her lap.  She "loves her Luke-y."  And, got to have a sleepover!

#2.  Poor girl.  She had three eye surgeries, sent her pacis to the paci fairy and is now sleeping in a big girl bed.  And, she’s wearing big girl panties, too!  Woo hoo.

There is a lot of reflect on this year.  But, I’m going to leave it at that.  Here’s to a fabulous, healthy and wonderful 2011.

  2. Amazing how much changes in one year! I just may have to do this this year for Connor. Right now? Screams at a higher octave than Mariah Carey, humps the ground but won’t crawl yet, and would love to steal all of Wrigley’s dog toys. I guess we will see how much he changes!

Happy and Healthy New Year to You and Your Family!

Your sweet girls have grown so fast. I really don’t know time can speed by so fast when they are little. I used to wish that they could be little twice as long…. and teens half as long….lol……but it was all good.
Happy New Year dear. May this year bring you many smiles and no tears. Hugs, Lura
