früsh yogurt and fruit shakes {review}

We like yogurt. We eat a lot of it and even enjoy it as a frozen treat. It was actually one of the first foods our girls fed themselves with spoons. They could down the yogurt.

We were recently introduced to früsh Yogurt & Fruit Shakes, a superdrink made with real fruit, rich and creamy yogurt and all natural health boosters. It comes in a drinkable container. Just shake and drink.

We shared the Strawberry, Peach, Strawberry Banana and Blueberry flavors with our daughter’s soccer team and their families (didn’t get permission for their pictures, so my kids will have to do). The shakes are quite the hit. My middle daughter is constantly asking for one. With 200 calories, 9 grams of protein and 50% of calcium, it is a great breakfast for them. It fills them up and keeps them going. It’s made with real fruit and creamy yogurt and also contains HOWARU Bifido premium probiotics to help keep their good bacteria levels in check.

It’s also a good after school snack to keep them going. Or on the way to soccer practice if we’re running late.

The soccer friends also enjoyed their fruity yogurty smoothies. Of the adults, those that enjoy regular yogurt also enjoyed the smoothies. If you are more of a Greek yogurt fan, you will find these shakes on the sweeter side. I like my shakes a little on the frozen side, so throwing it over some ice in the blender would be yummy!

Overall, the shakes were a hit and the fact that they have so much protein and calcium makes them a snack that I’m okay with giving to my family. Check them out on facebook to see when they’ll be in your area and check out the promotions.

    Sounds yummy! We eat a lot of yogurt at our house too, but I’ve never seen these in the store. Plus with half of the daily value of calcium! We’ll have to try these out!
