Happiness is…
…your daughter hearing yet another announcement that they “don’t want to take all of the GoGo squeeZ home with them, so come and get it all” and doing just that! We turned around and she had grabbed as much as she could and was asking for help. She was so excited she was yelling “mommy, they said to take it all. Can you believe it? Take all of these?”
…getting up at 5am to attend a runDisney fun run with your blogging buddy.
…meeting up with your long-time blogging grandma in California and meeting her sweet husband, too. They even brought us the best meal we had in California. I’m still dreaming of those tacos! (And obviously, one very tired, B who never ever had or has fallen asleep like that again!)
…waiting in line to ride a roller coaster with my girls.
…riding in a ferris wheel with my entire family….
…and not freaking out because we were totally locked in!
…your hubby texting you picture updates when you are away just to let you know all is well and everybody is having fun.
These little people (and the hubby) bring me a lot of joy and happiness. Sometimes, I don’t always immediately feel it and need to remind myself. There is so much negative and bad and awful and I’m sitting on a gold mine.
Swift kick in the pants and attitude adjustment coming in 3, 2, 1…
These pictures are all from our Disney trip where we paid our own airfare. Disney provided discounted accommodations and park tickets and also provided the most magical experiences and perks. All opinions magical or otherwise are my own.
best photos. Disney Run was quite an experience. I love all the family photos
This kinda brought a tear to my eye. I totally agree. I’ve been trying to slow down a bit this summer and enjoy the gold mine I have right here. It’s been fun. I might just do my own Happiness is post:)
They certainly are very sweet and loving girls and your husband is a great father and husband. You are very blessed for sure.
You are a gold mine. You are a wonderful wife and mother with a darling family. You make my heart smile. I treasure the short time we spent together and hope to do it again some day. You know there are lots of fun places to visit in So. Cal and you are always welcome at Staffy’s Spa. Hugs
I LOVE your daughter holding all of that GoGoSqueeZ!! You are sitting on a gold mine, but I can understand needing an attitude adjustment from time to time.
Hold onto that happiness, girl! All great things. Fun pictures!
What great pictures – your daughter looks in her glory in that first pic!
I am so glad that you shared this! I have a tendency to feel overwhelmed and frustrated during our trips. When I get home- I feel that I wasted my energy being negative.
I was trying to pick a favorite picture but I can’t…I love them all! I could here N saying those exact words and the excitement making her louder and louder! Yep, you’ve definitely hit the jackpot with your amazing family!
Oh, soooooo loud!
I love the joy in this post! You have inspired me to share one of my own when I have time!!! No…I will MAKE time! 🙂
Make sure you ping me when you do!
(PS I read the Commentluv as bacon brownies…that would be interesting!)
yep… pretty much summed up all the happiness you could 😉
LOVE IT …..
so glad you are appreciative of it all.. many aren’t
That is so awesome! It really makes me consider going. Looks like a blast!
You know I was totally anti-going. But, it was such a good deal not to pass up, that we had to…and I’m so, so, so glad we did!
