The oldest has been finding her groove with an extended cross country season and upcoming Twilight run. With that, comes a little more rigorous running and workout schedule. At the beginning of the season, she shied away from it, but now she’s embracing it. And, if you saw our garage gym, you’d know that we are pretty excited about this.
Sunday, we headed to the outside church service at 9:30am. When we arrived, we found they had moved it inside. So, we headed back home to login and watch live at 11am.
Once home, the oldest had invited Mr. Serious to join her in two Peloton workouts, a 20 minute ab and 10 minute arms. As they were working out their plan and getting ready, I asked why I wasn’t invited to join in.
This led to me being asked if I wanted to join in. But, I didn’t want to be in her B-list! Aren’t moms supposed to be a the top of the A list? Like what is going on here?
I decided to brush aside my secondary invite (that was really me inviting myself) and join them.
Let me tell you, she picked two pretty darn challenging workouts.
And when you have a hard workout and feel like you might lose body parts because they are going to detach, a picture is definitely required.
Suns out, guns out, amirite?
Thanks for the forced invite….maybe next time I’ll be on the A list!
Now, about those B and E sized handprints on the mirrors. I guess it’s time to get them to cleaning again.
