Peppermint marshmallow brownies
We are big Minion lovers in the Serious household. So much that we will coordinate in Minion shirts.
So, when PEEPS® offered to send the newest movie and PEEPS® goodies. We were very excited and had to get to creating for a little Minion movie viewing.
We decided on some gluten-free peppermint marshmallow brownies (last-minute addition was some chopped up walnuts).
I chopped up some of the Minions (if you don’t want to decapitate any Minions, you can just use some mini-marshmallows), mixed the brownie mix according to the directions, added the cut up marshmallows and 5 drops of peppermint essential oil (make sure you are using Young Living as it is safe for ingestion). I then baked as directed. As soon as I removed from the oven, I pressed the whole Minion marshmallows on top of the brownies so there would be a little melting and sticking action.
Yep. They were delicious and a great treat to accompany our Minion movie viewing.

Ingredients
- Brownie mix, +ingredients on mix- olive oil and eggs
- PEEPS® Marshmallows
- Peppermint Essential Oil
Instructions
- Chop up some of the Minions (if you don’t want to decapitate any Minions, you can just use some mini-marshmallows)
- Mix the brownie mix according to the directions

- Bake as directed
- Remove from oven and immediately press the whole Minion marshmallows on top of the brownies so there would be a little melting and sticking action.
