Double Berry Chia Pudding Parfait with a Sweet and Crunchy Topping

Servings: 2 parfaits

Ingredients

  • 2 T chia seeds 120 calories
  • 1 c almond milk 60 calories
  • 5 strawberries
  • 10 raspberries
  • 20 g approx 20 M&M’S® Crispy (90 calories)

Instructions

  • Mix the chia seeds with almond milk and refrigerate until the mixture thickens.
  • Cut up strawberries.
  • Crush M&M’S® Crispy.
  • Place one spoonful of chia pudding in the bottom of each cup.
  • Add cut up strawberries (reserve half).
  • Add one spoonful of chia pudding.
  • Add raspberries.
  • Add another spoonful of chia (finish it off).
  • Top with remaining strawberries.
  • Sprinkle M&M’S® Crispy to finish.
