A new Jurassic World coming out has be all nostalgic for the Jurassic Park I watched and read growing up! I mean, who doesn’t think of that jello jiggling scene every time they see jello? Maybe that’s just me? Maybe I should have done jello shots? I digress, but after seeing so many of the trailers and teasers, I’m pretty excited for this movie, too! What better way to get ready for it then a Raptor Cocktail for you and your closest friends?

I’m not saying sneak it into the theater or anything…but maybe make some while you watch the previous movies at home to have a refresher course!

When the island’s dormant volcano begins roaring to life, Owen and Claire mount a campaign to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from this extinction-level event.

So, we know what’s going to happen, right?

Making the Raptor Cocktail

This slightly fruity and refreshing drink is perfect for your Jurassic World viewing party. What’s not to love about the green, hint of tea on the top and a maraschino cherry?

Raptor cocktail

To make this Raptor drink, you will need vodka, rum, Midori, Blue Curacao, club soda, lemon iced tea and the juice of a lemon. But, if you are more of a rum or vodka person, just substitute one for the other. We are all about flexible drinks that you will enjoy here. Don’t have lemon ice tea on hand? Leave that off, or try adding a splash of cola to the top like a long island iced tea.

I know, this is what you are here for, so grab the recipe, give the drink a try and tell me what you think of it!

Your drink has a lot of my favorite flavors. I love that you use Midori in this cocktail. I should whip one up for myself before I go see Jurassic World

I’ll skip the rum but vokda, midori, and blue are up my alley! Shaken, just like the earth when good ol’ T-Rex comes STOMPING! Did you hear she’s the original dinosaur from the first movie? She keeps hanging around, learning and RULING!

Jurassic world fallen kingdom is quite frightening when compared to its previous version and will have a sequel to this version as well. Watching this movie will definitely shoot your adrenaline.
