Some of My FASTer Way to Fat Loss Favorites

A 64 oz Stainless Steel Water Bottle

A big part of being healthy and fasting is making sure you have enough water to drink. I'm most successful when I carry around a big 64oz water bottle and drink from it constantly.

It's easiest to drink out of it when I have a 12 inch straw inside of the bottle.

Eva Shockey Signature Series

Eva Shockey's Signature Series was created for the everyday mother who wants to Conquer More. From Egg White Protein for breakfast smoothies or baking a healthy after school snack, to Super Greens and Collagen to boost your metabolism and keep your skin and body feeling young and youthful. Enjoy this complete combo of Eva's Signature products to taste and feel the difference today.

The line includes, Collagen, Greens, and an Eggs based protein powder.

Eva Shockey Women's line is pregnancy safe, and gluten free. The Protein powder is whey free, and great for baking!

These all make for great boosts whether for a smoothie or overnight oats or even baking!

Cauldryn™ Coffee Smart Mug

This Cauldryn™ Coffee Smart Mug is perfect for busy travelers. I like to have a hot tea in the morning and recently stayed in a hotel room that didn't have a coffee brewer or access to hot water. Fill up and turn on my smart mug and I've got water ready for hot tea.

It's also great for whipping up a protein shake with a little ice for an afternoon snack. I almost always find myself a protein shake mid-afternoon and I really like blending them versus shaker bottles.

There are many uses for the Cauldryn™ Coffee Smart Mug:
-Boil Water.
-Heat up formula/breast milk anywhere.
-Puree baby food.
-Keep coffee/tea at your exact desired temperature.
-Grind coffee beans, brew coffee, keep it hot.
-Blend smoothie/protein shake.
-Frozen margarita.

It features:
-Bluetooth accessibility through Smartphone App.
-Vacuum sealed.
-LCD screen that adjusts temperatures within a single degree (78°-212°F) for up to 10 hours!

RXBAR

RXBARS are perfect when you are on the go and need a snack. They are Paleo and Whole30 compliant with just a few ingredients in each bar.

RXBARs are gluten and diary -free and are the perfect protein bar for any healthy lifestyle.

Oh, and they taste really good too!

Sweet Drops SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia Sweetener

Sometimes you want something a little sweet in your tea or coffee. SweetLeaf Sweet Drops are made only with Stevia and are FWTFL friendly for during your fasting window.

Squeezed Cold-Pressed Juice Cleanse

During the FASTer Way to Fat Loss, as a member, we often have a day where we will do a juice cleanse. My favorite to order is Squeezed Online juices. They have a huge variety, tons of options (like spicy) and the cashew milk is amazing.

When I want to flood my body with nutrients, a Squeezed Cleanse is what I will go for.

Ninja Personal Blender

A blender is a must for protein shakes and smoothies. I like to add spinach and frozen fruit to mine if my macros allow for it. A personal blender is also good for just blending protein powder and almond milk better.

This doesn't take up a a lot of space and actually stays out on our kitchen counter because of the frequency in which we use it.

-Auto iQ Technology optimizes Ninja Pro Extractor Blades and Power to deliver powerful nutrient and vitamin extraction
-Powerful Nutrient and Vitamin Extraction provides great tasting, nutritious beverages
1-000 Watt motor has the power to crush through whole fruits, vegetables and ice in seconds
-Nutri Ninja Pro Extractor Blades rotate at high speed to liquefy ingredients into smooth nutrient juices, smoothies and purees

KETO protein powder

This low carb protein powder is perfect for a protein shake or beefing up your overnight oats with some tasty and smooth protein.

Pereg Gourmet Flours (Gluten-free flours)

You have to be choosy when it comes to gluten-free flours. I find that they all have a purpose depending on what you are making. I like to use these as alternatives to breading in recipes, or for baking things like macarons.

PEREG Natural Foods offers a line of gluten-free flours providing consumers with more and better cooking and baking options.

The line of flours consists of eight varieties including: almond, banana, buckwheat, chickpea, quinoa, teff, plantain and coconut.  All are certified gluten-free and non-GMO, all are 100% natural, non-dairy and certified kosher.

Pereg is proud of these healthful alternatives to white flour. They are packaged in 16 oz. re-sealable stay-fresh bags, retailing for about $4.99. All Pereg products are kosher certified by both the Orthodox Union (OU) and CRC, are dairy and lactose-free as well as all natural, with no additives or preservatives.

Bobs Red Mill, Baking Flour 1 To 1 Gluten Free

When it comes to baking from a traditional recipe and converting it to gluten-free, I find Bob's Red Mill 1-to-1 Baking Flour to be the most fool proof flour to use.

Trader Joe's Gluten Fee Norwegian Crispbread

This Crispbread is such a yummy snack. It fulfills the need to crunch without a lot of net carbs. I like to top it with avocado, eggs, or even dark chocolate hummus.

I debated about a Vitamix – I’ve seen mixed reviews on it so I held off.

I love our Vitamix…I have family with them too and they love them. They also have a very generous warranty:) You can’t go wrong.
